John Prisco
President and Chief Executive Officer

John Prisco joins Triumfant as President and CEO with more than 25 years of experience as a founder and manager of numerous high-tech start-up companies. Prisco established a track record of success in the high-tech field first by founding Penn Access, a competitive local access carrier operating in Pittsburgh. Prisco also served as President and CEO of 2nd Century Communications, the nation’s first packet-based CLEC operating in 33 of the largest U.S. metropolitan areas. In 2001, Prisco became CEO of eLink Communications, a BLEC with over 300 multi-tenant buildings operating in New York City. In 2003, he became President and CEO of Ridgeway Systems & Software, a U.K.-based software company specializing in secure firewall traversal and acquired by Tandberg Incorporated in 2004. Most recently, Prisco served as President and CEO of GeoVantage Inc., a location-based services aerial imaging company sold to John Deere at the end of 2005. Prisco holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University and a Master of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Dave Hooks
Chief Technology Officer

Dave Hooks is the founder of Triumfant and the driving force behind Triumfant's patented technology. Hooks has 25 years of experience in product development, product management and product marketing, serving 8 years at ITT and 16 years at Nortel Networks. For the last seven years, he managed Nortel Networks’ Access Products Group, a mini-business unit with 150 employees and annual revenues of $500M. Hooks has been known as an innovator throughout his career and was the primary creator of the Triumfant Resolution Manager product concept. Hooks holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University. Adam Berlew
Senior Vice President, Strategy & Business Development

Adam Berlew has over 20 years of experience in High-Tech and Telecommunications industries, and he has served in senior level roles within Corporate Development, Sales, and Marketing. Before joining Triumfant, Berlew was at Dell, Inc. where he served in a number of roles during his tenure, including Sales, Brand, and Product Marketing. Berlew also served as a Corporate Development and Marketing Executive at Prodigy, Inc. Additionally, Berlew worked as a Consulting Manager for the Boston Consulting group and as an Executive in a number of telecommunications companies. Berlew holds a B.A. in Development Economics from Brown University and an M.B.A from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Jim Ivers
Chief Security Strategist

Jim Ivers has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry with a background that spans product management, product marketing, corporate positioning and messaging, press and analyst relations, and branding. Prior to Triumfant, Ivers was the senior vice president of marketing for Cybertrust (acquired by Verizon Business), providing strategic marketing support to position the company as a leading provider of information security. At webMethods, Ivers served as VP of corporate marketing and VP of product marketing. Earlier, Mr. Ivers spent 15 years with Information Builders, where he held a variety of roles in marketing and professional services. Ivers holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida. Brenda Jellicorse
Chief Financial Officer

Brenda Jellicorse has over 20 years of experience spanning financial operations, acquisition due diligence, and economic research. Prior to joining Triumfant, Jellicorse served as President of Horizon Analytics, a consulting firm performing market research for financial services companies. As the Director of Market Research at GE Capital, Jellicorse was an integral part of the management team focused on due diligence for new business acquisitions as well as financial and strategic planning. She was an economist at Research Triangle Institute, where she managed multi-million dollar contracts focused on economic research related to environmental regulation for the US Government. Jellicorse holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill. John Stabb
Senior Vice President, Sales

John Stabb joins Triumfant as a proven sales leader with over 20 years of successful U.S. and international sales and marketing management experience. Prior to joining Triumfant, he served as Vice President of Sales at ACE*COMM Corporation. Previously, Stabb was Director of Sales for Riverbed Technologies where he generated early stage revenues, leading to a successful billion dollar acquisition by Aether Systems in 2000. Prior to Riverbed, he was head of sales and General Manager for International Business for Microlog Corporation. Stabb holds MBA and Bachelor of Science degrees from Georgetown University.
