  • Get access to the latest recognition filters. Triumfant constantly adds new recognition filters to its repertoire to facilitate the diagnosis of new types of trouble conditions. Triumfant customers can stay up to date on these new additions with automatic updating of recognition filters, frequently used policy templates and reports. Configure your solutions to automatically download and install new updates as they become available from Triumfant.
  • Report problems via our Trouble Ticketing system. A trouble ticket can be entered directly into our automated support system to document the problem and track resolution progress.
  • Talk to an expert. Our customer support team is staffed by trained engineers who typically can answer your questions directly. Open issues are communicated to executive-level management on a daily basis.
